Service offerings are as given below.
Vending Services
For vending services we offer both online and offline services, in which the customer can buy token as per his/her convenience. Once the payment is successfully done the meter will be automatically recharged and on acknowledgement the meter by simple key operation with enable the gas.
Mode of Operation
Online Mode
In online Mode the consumer has 2 options.
Internet: They can visit the URL and enter their credentials and using payment gateway pay and buy the recharge.
Mobile app: The consumer needs to install the mobile app which is available free on the play store. One-time registration and they can buy token.
Offline Mode
The consumer can visit the nearest utility Centre and?buy the token using various available option (i.e. cash, credit/debit card and other types of online services).
B2B Integration
Business to Business (B2B) integration is done with the CGD existing ERP or SAP system. This enable CGD representative to monitor consumer data without dependent on vendor. Integration is done with mutually agreed parameters/data, this information is uploaded at every defined time interval into CGD system and this information is used for analysis and billing purpose.
Operation & Maintenance
The team will be deployed at site support office. It will support CGD company during the commissioning activity. Later, for operation and maintenance of the solution for the contractual period.
Customer Call Center
In prepaid operation, we will be setting up a call centre services, where CGD help desk team can call and resolve their issues. This service is specifically offered for the Everest G1.6 prepaid meter.
Onsite Support Office
The operation and maintenance team will be deployed at the site office to support CGD for Automatic Meter Reading (AMR), Prepaid Meter operations.
IT Infrastructure
We offer ISO 27001 certified cloud base services, which ensures a high-level data consumer data security. It enables CGD and consumer monitor the data over the Internet.
